Seismological Bureau in 1998.
Li Dongsheng was removed from Vice
Governor of Hainan Province, and appointed as
Vice Director of State Administration for Industry
and Commerce.

Cheng Shi E was appointed as Deputy
Secretary of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee.
- Ms. Cheng Shi E (b. 1941), current Member

Huang Xiaoxiang and Wang Huaichen were
appointed as Vice Governor of Sichuan Province.

Zhang Enzhao was appointed as Chairman
of Construction Bank of China, replacing Wang
Xuebing.

- Mr. Wang Xuebing (b. 1953), BA, graduated
from Beijing University of International Business
and Economics in 1976, became Chairman of
Construction Bank of China in 2000, Chairman
of Bank of China in 1995, and President of
Bank of China in 1993.
Wang Jun was removed from Vice Governor
of Jiangxi Province.

became Deputy Secretary of CPC Jiangxi Provincial
Committee in 2001, Vice Governor of Jiangxi
Province in 1999, and Vice Minister of Coal
Industry in 1997.
Guo Shichang was removed from Vice
Governor of Hebei Province.
